We at kitwiz take our quality very seriously and all products are checked via a specialized 20‑point quality assurance process. Should you have any complaints or wish to return the items, please contact us via e‑mail.
Currently, we do not allow website-based returns or exchanges. If you receive a faulty, damaged, incorrect, or not-as-described product, please email info@kitwiz.com with your order number, photos/video of the issue, and unboxing video if available. We will acknowledge your complaint within 72 hours and aim to resolve it within 30 days, as required by the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020.
You may request a return/refund only if:
1. The product is defective or damaged on arrival.
2. You received the wrong item.
3. The product is materially different from its description.
4. Delivery was unreasonably delayed and not due to force majeure or your unavailability.
• Email info@kitwiz.com within 7 calendar days of delivery.
• Include: order ID, clear photos/videos of the product & packaging, and a short description of the issue.
• We may request the product be shipped back to us for inspection (we’ll share instructions and, where applicable, a prepaid label).
• On verification, we will offer a replacement or refund, processed in accordance with RBI guidelines.
• Unless defective or not as described, we do not accept returns for:
• Products damaged due to misuse, neglect, or normal wear and tear.
• Items with tampered or missing serial numbers/labels.
• Products returned without original packaging, accessories, or invoice.
• Consumables or items explicitly marked “Final Sale/Non-returnable.”
• Before dispatch: You may request cancellation by emailing info@kitwiz.com.
• After dispatch: Cancellation is not available. Please follow the defective/incorrect product flow above.
This policy is governed by the laws of India, and disputes will be subject to courts in Bangalore, Karnataka.
