What is kitwiz?

kitwiz (Legal Name: Dynam kitwiz) is the licensed partner, producer and official store for Dynam Creativity, offering award-winning STEM and creativity kits for schools, educators, and families. Our kits have been recognised globally, including honours from the Worlddidac Foundation (widely regarded as the ‘Olympics of the educational materials world’).

Where is kitwiz based?

We are proudly based in Bangalore, India, and our products are designed, developed, and tested here using 100% Indian materials and ingenuity. From the tiniest microscope to the most complex experiment, our products reflect a legacy of homegrown innovation that empowers every child to learn with confidence and joy.

What kits are available via kitwiz.com?

Currently we offer the Dynam kitwiz Mini Microscope but we will be adding new kits every month. Subscribe to our updates to know when we introduce new kits on kitwiz.com. In the meantime, if you can request our list of available kits at info@kitwiz.com, or shop at our physical store in Bangalore:

Schools

Are your kits aligned with school curriculums?

While not rigidly mapped to one curriculum, our kits align with core STEM principles taught in Indian and international schools. They’re used by educators for science demonstrations, projects, and enrichment.

Can schools order in bulk or request training?

Yes. We provide special rates for educational institutions and teacher training to support classroom use. Please get in touch for details.

One Nation, Two Eyes Campaign

What is the “One Nation, Two Eyes” campaign?

In line with India’s 79th Independence Day celebrations, the Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav, and this year’s theme of Viksit Bharat (the vision of Government of India to make India a developed nation by 2047, the 100th year of its independence), we have launched the One Nation, Two Eyes campaign. At the heart of this campaign is a simple yet powerful idea: Buy One. Gift One. When a parent buys a Dynam Mini Microscope for their child, they pledge to donate another to a child in a rural school. This is about enabling children across India to see and learn together — bridging divides, distances, and access to scientific discovery.

From our end, a portion of proceeds will support field visits to 10 rural villages in Karnataka and soon in other states, where our educators will demonstrate the microscope in hands-on sessions across local schools.

How does my purchase help?

When you buy a Dynam kitwiz Mini Microscope (under the One Nation, Two Eyes campaign), you have the option to fund the gifting of another unit to a rural child, along with field workshops in Karnataka and beyond. (refer details under the Question: What is the “One Nation, Two Eyes” campaign?)

Do I need to pay extra to take part?

Yes – you have the option to fund the gifting of another unit to a rural child, along with field workshops in Karnataka and beyond. (refer details under the Question: What is the “One Nation, Two Eyes” campaign?). You simply buy, and we handle the donation to the rural school child.

Can I choose where my donation goes?

Not at this time. Donated microscopes are distributed via our partner schools and field educators in rural Karnataka. We share periodic updates and stories from these visits.

Can I choose where the colour of my microscope goes?

Not at this time. We produce various colours in batches and you will receive the colour at random currently available in production. We will however be introducing the possibility to select the colour of your choice in the near future. The current batch in stock for the One Nation, Two Eyes campaign is red.

Ordering & Shipping

How do I place an order?

Simply browse our product categories, add items to your cart, and checkout using our secure payment gateway.

Do you ship across India?

Yes. We ship to most pin codes in India using trusted logistics partners.

How long will delivery take?

Delivery times vary by location. Orders are typically processed within 3 business days and shipped within 5–10 business days.

Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

Can I return or exchange my purchase?

Our Quality Promise: We at kitwiz take our quality very seriously and all products are checked via a specialized 20‑point quality assurance process. Should you have any complaints or wish to return the items, please contact us via e‑mail at info@kitwiz.com.

Currently, we do not allow website-based returns or exchanges. If you receive a faulty, damaged, incorrect, or not-as-described product, please email info@kitwiz.com with your order number, photos/video of the issue, and unboxing video if available. We will acknowledge your complaint within 72 hours and aim to resolve it within 30 days, as required by the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020. What’s the process to request a return/refund?

Which items are non-returnable/non-refundable?

Products damaged due to misuse, neglect, or normal wear and tear.
Items with missing/tampered serial numbers or labels.
Products without original packaging, accessories, or invoice.
Consumables or items marked as ‘Final Sale’ or ‘Non-returnable’.

Can I cancel my order?

Before dispatch: Yes, email info@kitwiz.com.
After dispatch: No cancellation is possible—please follow the defective/incorrect product process.

Payments & Privacy

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major debit/credit cards, UPI, and other secure payment methods via our payment gateway.

How is my personal data handled?

Can I request deletion of my data?

Yes. Email info@kitwiz.com with the subject ‘DPDP Request – Deletion’ and we will process it per legal guidelines.

Workshops & Custom Kits

Do you offer educational workshops?

Yes. Dynam Creativity runs interactive STEM workshops for schools, NGOs, and learning centres. Enquire via our contact form or email info@kitwiz.com.

Can you customise kits for special projects?

Absolutely. We have collaborated with institutions like the Raman Research Institute and Ohio State University to create special-edition kits. Contact us to discuss your requirements at info@kitwiz.com.
